Invoice Match

A liquor store gets invoices from many vendors, and every vendor shortens product names its own way. This reads the invoice, finds the right product in the store's list, and waits for the manager to approve.

How it works

  1. Read the invoice. Workers AI reads the photo: items, amounts, cross-outs.
  2. Seen it before? KV looks up the exact text. If we saw it before, it's instant.
  3. New abbreviation? Vectorize finds the 5 closest products in the store's list, and the AI picks one.
  4. Manager approves. Plain code flags price changes, short deliveries and math that doesn't add up.
  5. Saved for next time. Each answer goes into KV, and the inventory count goes up.
